This landmark 1920's Chestnut Hill house by noted architect Robert McGoodwin had been redecorated as a designer showhouse in the 1990's. The owners had renovated the 1st floor living room, entry hall and study. Krieger + Associates were entrusted with a complete renovation of the remainder of the house. Bathrooms were renovated and a new guest bedroom and laundry were created on the 2nd floor. A new stair was added to create a more open connection to the 3rd floor, which was transformed to include a guest bedroom suite, a home office and a large children's playroom.
