This 1925 stone house has been expanded to include a breakfast room facing a new terrace with a garage below. The rear elevation opens onto a spectacular garden and pool abutting Fairmount Park. Interior renovations include a large eat-in kitchen, butler's pantry, family room and new bathrooms.

The original residence was designed by noted architects Willing, Talbut and Sims. The dining room was converted to the family room. Period wood paneling and trim was added and the concrete floor was refinished.

In the entry foyer, openings were added to the dining room and the original woodwork was restored.
