The campus of Monsignor Donovan High School and St. Joseph Grade School needed additional facilities to accommodate their growing Parish community. Krieger + Associates was hired as a consultant to evaluate the needs of the Parish and introduce preliminary master plan solutions.

The Monsignor Donovan High School proposed to add a theater and athletic facilities, and St. Joseph Grade School wished to acquire more classroom space and introduce a Pre-K program with new facilities. Re-organization of the campus green space was also considered.
