Comcast Wayne Avenue is a warehouse, office and payment center facility adjacent to Roosevelt Boulevard in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. Krieger + Associates collaborated with Delran Builders to construct a 10,500 square foot warehouse addition and to renovate the existing 16,000 square foot two-story office space, without shutting down the facility's 24/7 operations. The warehouse addition is a 50 foot clear-span space constructed of split-faced concrete masonry with a translucent panel system above that allows natural light to permeate the space.
