Comcast Wayne Avenue is a warehouse, office and payment center facility that is prominently located adjacent to Roosevelt Boulevard in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. Krieger + Associates collaborated with Delran Builders to construct a 10,500 SF warehouse addition and to renovate the existing 16,000 SF two-story office space. The warehouse addition is a 50 foot clear-span space constructed of split-faced concrete masonry with a translucent panel system above that allows natural light to permeate the space.
