Krieger + Associates performed an architectural planning study of two different retail locations in the Chestnut Hill business district for a developer client. We analyzed the existing spaces' traffic patterns, parking, pedestrian access, and mixed-use zoning issues. The planning report included 3-D renderings to illustrate various possibilities for productive retail and/or office use of the sites.
