Delran Builders retained Krieger + Associates to design a new 4,200 square foot one and two story, steel frame and masonry veneer building to house communications equipment on a residential street corner. Plans call for demolition of the site's existing building. Although the building is to serve an industrial function and will be unoccupied, the scale, materials and detailing render it compatible with the rowhouse character of the neighborhood.
