We designed these three-bedroom twin homes to be built as low-income family housing by Habitat for Humanity. The steep grade of the building site allowed us to incorporate a garage at street level, an uncommon feature in Habitat housing. This bonus space offers the option of conversion to extra living space, an accessible ground-floor apartment, or a small commercial space.
