These three and four bedroom twins provide new housing for low-income families through the non-profit Habitat for Humanity. Located within a transitional neighborhood in North Philadelphia, these homes reinvigorate the previously dilapidated block of Monument Street. Designed with donated building products and Habitat's unique construction model, these twins provide a contemporary approach to the rowhouse, while maintaining the existing character of the surrounding community.
